Born a Kansan, I have come to embrace all things 'Kansas', especially Kansas City!  I love faith, time with family and friends, workouts, and baking.  I am also a BIG sports fan, cheering for the KC Chiefs and Royals, KSU Wildcats and KU Jayhawks!  I met my husband Andy in 2014 after I moved back to Kansas from Arizona.  We both enjoy football, vehicles, motorcycles, and vehicles. He is a Husker (so I cheer for them too).

While attending college, I became a part of the Cosmetology industry as a Nail Tech. I had known since the age of 12 that I wanted to own my own business with a flexible schedule, and being a nail tech was a great fit for that dream.  After 9/11 happened, my amazing Dad and I had a very short but important conversation that led me to enroll in Cosmetology school to earn a full Cosmetology license.  That has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I truly enjoy what I get to do for a living.
I have worked for pro dance teams such as the Chiefs Cheerleaders, KC Crew, Missouri Mavericks Dancers, Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders and Phoenix Suns Dancers.  Working with the members of these pro teams honed my color and style techniques.  It was also this experience that amplified my love for working with long hair!  I cultivated this love by taking multiple education classes and became a certified hair color and extension specialist!

Several years into my career as a Cosmetologist, I spent three years in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I focused on learning new color lines and techniques.  Now, with over 20 years of experience in the Industry, I specialize in healthy hair color services, customizing long hair designs, safe blonding services, and nail design.

I am passionate about finding daily and special occasion looks that are perfectly designed for each and every client.  I thrive on creating lasting relationships with each guest.  I would be completely honored if you chose
me as your new Hair Artist.  XO, Amy

Welcome, I'm Amy!  I am beyond excited to meet you!
